Kanab Burger

This burger is just as unique as Kanab itself, and it features our own signature seasoned beef patty, grilled to perfection, and is topped with not one, but two slices of Muenster cheese, that melt as your burger is cooked,  fresh avocado slices, peppery arugula, fresh heirloom tomato slices and our chimichurri aioli, all nested in our  toasted branded brioche bun.

This one was one of our biggest hits and most surprising specials from last year!

It is to sure to bring back childhood memories, with grown-up flavours!

We start with our perfectly cooked seasoned all-beef patty and we let white cheddar cheese melt on it, and then we add our own "crunchy" peanut butter (creamy peanut butter with our amazing smoked bacon crumbs), and hot pepper bacon jelly. This ooey gooey combination is served, as you'd expect, in our soft yet toasted branded brioche bun.

Moqui Burger

Experience the ultimate contrast of flavors: our savory grilled seasoned beef patty meets the buttery, ultra-melty harvarti cheese. We balance the creaminess with crisp arugula and the freshest heirloom tomatoes. If that sounds good, wait until you see the most perfectly cooked, freshly cracked sunny side up egg. This one is SPICY. We ain't kidding!

Our custom-made seasoned all-beef burger gets expertly grilled and then topped with melted pepper jack cheese, crispy fried jalapenos, sambal oelek chili garlic sauce, heirloom tomatoes, crisp arugula, and our flaming hot scorpion pepper aioli sauce, all in our  toasted signature branded brioche bun. It is a unique combination of flavours, textures, and spices that brings a lot of heat.

Our custom-made seasoned all-beef burger gets expertly grilled and then topped with melted pepper jack cheese, but we are turning down the heat and using flavorful crispy fried red bell pepper strips, sambal oelek chili garlic sauce, heirloom tomatoes, crisp arugula, and our sweet chili garlic mayo (notice, it's SWEET chili garlic, and NOT hot chili), all in our  toasted signature branded brioche bun.

Q: "Is it spicy?"

A: meh, not really.... 

on a legit 1-10 scale, probably a 3.... The only spicy thing is the pepper jack cheese and sambal sauce, but boy, is it tasty!!!
